If the above methods do not work, try deleting your phone from the list of paired devices in your car's Bluetooth settings. Then, restart your phone and try pairing it again. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and visible to other devices.

To reset the Bluetooth settings in your Audi A1, press and hold the phone button on your infotainment system. This will bring up the connection menu. From there, select the 'Setup' option and then select 'Bluetooth'. Finally, select 'Reset Bluetooth' and confirm the action. Wait for a few minutes and then try reconnecting your phone.

Another way to reset the Bluetooth settings is to disconnect the negative terminal from your car's battery for about 10 minutes. This will reset the entire infotainment system, including the Bluetooth settings. However, keep in mind that this may also reset other settings in your car.
