Hi Samantha, there are a few steps you can take to reset the Bluetooth connection on your Audi. First, make sure your phone and your Audi's infotainment system are both turned off. Then, turn on your Audi and go to the Bluetooth settings. From there, look for your phone and select 'forget device'. Once it's removed, turn on your phone and try reconnecting to your Audi's Bluetooth. Let me know if that works for you.

Hi Samantha, have you tried turning off and then on your Audi's Bluetooth? Sometimes a simple restart can fix the connection issue. If that doesn't work, try resetting your phone's network settings. It's possible that your phone's Bluetooth is having trouble connecting to any device, not just your Audi. You can also try updating your phone's software to see if that helps. Let me know if you're still having trouble.
