How do I reset the Audi MMI (Multi Media Interface)?

I recently purchased a used Audi and noticed that the MMI system is not functioning properly. I've tried restarting the car and turning the MMI off and on, but it's still not working. Is there a way to do a factory reset on the Audi MMI system?
