I am a new Audi R8 owner and want to make sure I am maintaining my tires correctly. Any specific steps I should follow?
ReplyHi James, congratulations on your new ride! To check the tire pressure, you will need a tire pressure gauge. First, make sure the tires are cold before checking. Unscrew the valve stem cap and press the gauge onto the stem. The gauge will give you a reading, compare it to the recommended pressure listed in your owner's manual. If the pressure is too low, use an air pump to fill it to the correct level. If it's too high, you can press the valve stem core to release some air. And don't forget to replace the valve stem cap afterwards!
