I can't seem to get my phone to connect to my Audi A5's Bluetooth. I've tried following the instructions in the manual, but it still won't work. Any tips on getting it to pair successfully?
ReplyFirst, make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and discoverable. Then, go to the Audi MMI menu and select 'Phone'. From there, choose 'New Phone' and select 'Yes' when prompted to search for available devices. Once your phone appears in the list, select it and enter the pairing code. If that doesn't work, try restarting both your phone and the car's Bluetooth system.
I had a similar issue with my Audi A5, and the problem was with my phone's settings. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is allowed to connect to other devices and that your Audi A5 is listed as a trusted device. Also, try deleting any previously connected devices from your car's Bluetooth menu before attempting to connect your current phone.
