How do I optimize the regenerative braking in my Audi e-Tron?

I've noticed that the regenerative braking in my Audi e-Tron is not as efficient as I thought it would be. How can I optimize it to increase my driving range?

One way to optimize the regenerative braking is by adjusting the intensity of the brake regeneration in the MMI touch display. You can choose between three levels, with level 3 being the strongest regeneration.
