How do I know when it's time to change the timing belt in my Audi A4?

I noticed my Audi A4 has over 100,000 miles on the odometer, but I'm not sure when I need to replace the timing belt. Can you tell me when I should change it and why it's important?

Hi Emily, it's recommended by Audi to change the timing belt every 60,000 miles or every 6 years, whichever comes first. This is important because if the timing belt breaks, it can cause serious damage to your engine and be very costly to repair.

Hey Emily, I would suggest getting your timing belt checked by a certified mechanic. It's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to this important maintenance item.

Hi Emily, changing the timing belt is crucial for the proper functioning of your Audi A4's engine. Don't delay and get it changed as soon as possible.
