How do I enable auto start-stop on my Audi A5?

I recently bought a new Audi A5 and I noticed that the auto start-stop feature is not working. How can I enable it?

First, check if the auto start-stop button on your dashboard is turned on. If it is turned off, simply press it to turn it on. If it is already on, then there might be a technical issue. In that case, I would suggest taking your car to your nearest Audi dealership for a check-up.
