How do I check the transmission fluid on my Audi 80?

I recently purchased an Audi 80 and I want to make sure the transmission fluid levels are good. Can someone guide me on how to check it?

Hi John, to check your transmission fluid on your Audi 80, start by warming up your car and parking it on a level surface. Then, locate the transmission dipstick (usually with a red handle) and pull it out. Wipe the dipstick clean, reinsert it, and pull it out again to get an accurate reading. The fluid levels should be between the min and max markers on the dipstick. If it's low, top it off with the recommended transmission fluid for your Audi 80. Hope this helps!

Hey John, checking your transmission fluid is an important maintenance task for your Audi 80. First, make sure the car is warmed up and parked on a level surface. Then, locate the transmission dipstick, which is usually labeled or has a red handle. Pull it out, clean it, and reinsert it. Pull it out again to get a reading. If it's low, add the recommended transmission fluid for your Audi 80. Remember to check the levels regularly to ensure smooth operation. Best, Mike.
