How do I check the oil level on my Audi A4?

I recently purchased a used Audi A4 and I'm not sure how to check the oil level. Can anyone provide step-by-step instructions?

First, make sure the car is on level ground and the engine is off. Locate the dipstick under the hood and pull it out. Wipe it clean with a rag or paper towel, then reinsert it. Pull it out again and check the oil level. Make sure it falls between the MIN and MAX marks. If it's below the MIN mark, add more oil.
