How do I change the rear brake pads on an Audi A1?

I need help with replacing the rear brake pads on my Audi A1. What tools do I need and what steps should I follow?

First, you will need a socket set, a jack, and a C-clamp. Find the rear wheel assembly and remove the bolts. Using the C-clamp, push the caliper piston back in, then remove the old pads and replace with new ones. Finally, reattach the caliper and wheel assembly.
