How do I change the headlight bulb in my Audi A6?

I recently noticed that my headlight is out and I want to know how to change the bulb myself. What steps do I need to take and what tools do I need?

To change the headlight bulb in your Audi A6, first make sure to turn off your headlights and let them cool down before attempting any repairs. With the hood open, locate the back of the headlight assembly and twist the connector counterclockwise to release it. Then, remove the old bulb and replace it with a new one.
