How do I change the automatic transmission fluid in my Audi A1?

I recently bought a used Audi A1 and I want to do all the necessary maintenance on it. I have experience changing oil and filters, but I am not sure about changing the transmission fluid. Can someone give me a step-by-step guide on how to do it?

First, make sure your engine is warmed up so that the fluid is warmed up and can flow freely. You can either lift up your car or use ramps to access the transmission from below. Then locate and remove the transmission fluid drain plug, let the old fluid drain out completely. Once drained, replace the drain plug. Finally, refill the transmission with the correct amount and type of fluid.
