How do I adjust the headrest in my Audi A8?

I just purchased an Audi A8 and I can't seem to figure out how to adjust the headrest. Can someone walk me through the process?

To adjust the headrest in your Audi A8, first locate the button on the side of the headrest. Press and hold the button while pushing or pulling the headrest to your desired position. Release the button to lock it in place.
