How do I activate my Audi's adaptive cruise control?

I just purchased an Audi with adaptive cruise control but I'm not sure how to activate it. Can anyone provide instructions?

To activate adaptive cruise control on your Audi, press the ACC button on the steering wheel.

E

You can also activate it by selecting 'ACC' in the Audi's MMI system and setting your desired speed.
