ReplyFirst, try resetting your MMI system by pressing and holding the 'Return' and 'Setup' buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. If this doesn't work, you may need to update your MMI software using an SD card or visit a dealership for assistance.
Check the wiring connections on the back of the MMI display. Loose connections can cause display issues. If the connections are secure, there may be an issue with the display unit itself. In this case, it may need to be replaced.
