I recently purchased a used Audi A7 and the MMI system seems to be frozen. Is there any way to reset it without going to the dealership?

Have you tried holding down the Menu, Car, and Setup buttons at the same time to reset the MMI system? This usually resolves any frozen issues.

If the reset doesn't work, you can also try disconnecting the car battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This can also sometimes solve MMI issues.
