ReplyIn order to reset the MMI on your Audi vehicle, you will need to do a full system reboot. This can be done by holding down the MENU button and the button on the right side of the control knob for about 5-10 seconds until the MMI screen goes black. Once the screen turns back on, release the buttons and the system will reboot and reset any software glitches.
