How can I reset the MMI navigation system in my Audi A6?

I am having trouble with my MMI navigation system in my Audi A6 not displaying any map information or giving incorrect directions. I have tried resetting the system by holding down the NAV and BACK buttons for 10 seconds, but it does not seem to work. Is there another way to reset the MMI system in my car?

To reset the MMI navigation system in your Audi A6, try pressing and holding down the MENU and SETUP buttons for 10 seconds. This should help resolve any issues with the system and bring it back to its default settings. If the issue persists, it may be worth taking your car to a certified Audi dealership for further investigation.

If holding down the MENU and SETUP buttons does not work, try disconnecting the car's battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This will also reset the MMI system and may fix any glitches or bugs that are causing the issue. Be sure to consult your car's manual before attempting this.

Another possible solution is to update your car's MMI software. Check if there are any updates available from your car's manufacturer and follow the instructions to update the system. This may fix any compatibility issues or bugs that are causing the problem with your navigation system.
