How can I reset the adaptive cruise control system on my Audi A8?

I recently had my battery replaced on my Audi A8 and now my adaptive cruise control is not functioning properly. It seems to be stuck on a certain speed and I can't adjust it. Is there a way to reset the system?

To reset your adaptive cruise control system, start by turning on your engine and pressing the cruise control button on your steering wheel. Hold it down for 10 seconds and then let go. This should reset the system and allow you to use it normally again.

Another way to reset the adaptive cruise control system is by disconnecting the battery for about 10-15 minutes and then reconnecting it. This should clear any stored data and reset the system to its factory settings.

If neither of those methods work, you may need to take your Audi A8 to a dealership or mechanic who has the necessary tools and software to recalibrate the adaptive cruise control system. It may have lost its calibration during the battery replacement.
