How can I reset my Audi A6 MMI Navigation System?

I recently purchased a used Audi A6 and the MMI navigation system is not working properly. How can I reset it to see if that solves the issue?

First, try pressing the 'Menu' button on the MMI control knob and then select 'Setup MMI'. From there, go to 'System' and select 'Reset MMI'. This will reset the system and hopefully solve your issue.
